About Dr Patrícia Filipe

A clinical practice grounded in rigour, ongoing training and a personalised approach to facial ageing.

“This is how I work: first I understand, then I apply a method, to reach the essence of each person.”

Dra. Patricia Filipe

Dr Patrícia Filipe’s journey began in Dentistry, with a particular interest in the tissues that support the tooth — gum and bone. It was a natural step to realise that the lip, too, had to be integrated into treatment rather than considered in isolation. That is how her path in Orofacial Harmonisation began.

Over the years, she realised that many of her patients had chronic low-grade inflammation — a factor that directly influences treatment results and is rarely taken into account. This changed the way she works: today, the focus is not on treating an isolated aesthetic symptom, but on understanding each person’s concerns, cross-referencing symptoms and visible signs to reach a true diagnosis.

This vision led her to invest in advanced training in Orofacial Harmonisation, in Portugal and abroad — including a Cadaver Anatomy course in Warsaw, which strengthened the technical rigour and safety she considers non-negotiable in this field — and a Master in Anti-Ageing and Longevity, which deepened her understanding of the biological processes of ageing.
